Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, a type of lung tumour called pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) or a related chest tumour
- People who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, certain tumours affecting the reproductive organs, including Sertoli-Leydig cell tumours and gynandroblastoma (this applies to both males and females)
- People who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, other conditions linked to a gene change called DICER1, such as ovarian sarcoma, cystic nephroma, renal sarcoma, pineoblastoma, pituitary blastoma, nasal chondromesenchymal hamartoma, ciliary body medulloepithelioma, or similar conditions
- People who have a known or suspected harmful change (variant) in the DICER1 gene, even if they have not been diagnosed with a DICER1-related condition
- The patient, or their parent or guardian if the patient is a child, must be willing and able to provide consent to take part (and where applicable, the patient themselves provides additional agreement)
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom appropriate consent for joining the registry has not been given
