  • People who have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease classified as Stage 3 or 4, with kidney function test results (called GFR) falling between 15 and 59 mL/min/1.73 m²

  • People who have a self-reported history of low blood sugar episodes (hypoglycaemia)
