Who might be able to join this trial:
- Pregnant women aged 18 years or older, with pregnancy confirmed by a urine or blood test, or ultrasound.
- Women who identify as American Indian or Hispanic.
- Women who are willing to continue taking part in the study (both themselves and their child or children) for at least 3 years after giving birth.
- Women who are carrying more than one baby — all live newborns from that pregnancy would also be included.
- Women who become pregnant again after joining the study may also be eligible to participate with that later pregnancy.
