Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Children with certain ongoing health conditions, including granulomatous diseases, Williams syndrome, hypothyroidism, liver or kidney disease, gut absorption problems, or abnormally high calcium levels in the blood
  • Children with too much calcium in their urine, calcium kidney stones, abnormally high vitamin D levels, or calcium deposits in the kidneys
  • Children currently taking anticonvulsant medications, barbiturates, or steroid medications
  • Children currently taking a type of water tablet (diuretic) called a thiazide diuretic
  • Children with a known allergy or sensitivity to the type of medication being studied
  • Children who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Children who are unable to follow the study procedures due to language barriers, psychological difficulties, or similar reasons
  • Children already enrolled in another clinical study that could affect the results of this trial
  • Children who are under legal protection or whose freedom is legally restricted (confirm with trial site)
