Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part and allowing their personal health information to be shared.

- People who are scheduled to receive, or to donate for, a stem cell transplant using a lower-intensity (non-myeloablative) treatment approach at Levine Cancer Institute, and whose doctor has determined them to be a suitable candidate — this includes transplants from a half-matched family donor, a fully matched family donor, or a fully matched unrelated donor.
- Transplant recipients only: People whose treatment plan includes a chemotherapy medication called cyclophosphamide given after the transplant.
- People who, in their enrolling doctor's judgement, are able to understand and follow the study procedures for the full duration of the trial.
Who may not be able to join:
- Transplant recipients only (for half-matched or fully matched family donor transplants): People whose matched donor is not willing to sign a consent form to take part in the study.
- Transplant recipients only: People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug within the 30 days before a specific point in their treatment schedule (confirm with trial site).
- Donors only (for half-matched or fully matched family donor transplants): People whose matched recipient is not willing to sign a consent form to take part in the study.
