  • People with an ongoing or active infection, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or COVID-19.
  • People with certain heart-related conditions or abnormalities (confirm with trial site for details).
  • People with a history of certain types of lung inflammation or scarring, including conditions caused by previous drug treatments, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy.
  • People who have ongoing nausea or vomiting that cannot be controlled, a chronic gut condition, difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules, or poor absorption of medications due to previous bowel surgery.
  • People who received a live vaccine within 2 weeks before starting the trial.
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
  • People who are known to be allergic to the trial drug or any of its ingredients.
  • People whom the trial doctors consider unsuitable for participation for any other reason.
