Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a solid kidney mass (either a primary kidney cancer or a cancer that has spread to the kidney) that measures 6cm or smaller and is suitable for a targeted radiation treatment called SABR
- People who have been diagnosed with a kidney tumour, either confirmed by a tissue sample or identified through imaging scans
- People who are not able to have surgery, either because surgery carries too high a risk for them or because they have chosen not to have surgery

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have 5 or more active areas of cancer spread in the body
- People who have received systemic cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy or immunotherapy, though hormone therapy is an exception) within the 60 days before starting SABR
- People who have previously had radiation treatment to the abdomen in a way that would overlap with the current treatment area and deliver too high a dose to the affected kidney
- People with advanced kidney failure rated above stage 4 under standard kidney disease guidelines
- People with certain inherited conditions, including Von Hippel-Lindau disease, Polycystic Kidney Disease, Hereditary Papillary kidney cancer, or Tuberous Sclerosis
