Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman or man between 18 and 65 years old (inclusive)
- You have had your first episode of joint swelling or pain affecting limbs or peripheral joints within the last 12 months, confirmed by a rheumatologist (a joint specialist)
- You have been diagnosed with psoriasis (a skin condition) by a doctor, or you have a close family member (parent, sibling, or second-degree relative) with psoriatic arthritis
- A rheumatologist has assessed that your joint condition is most likely psoriatic arthritis, with a high level of diagnostic confidence (at least 7 out of 10)
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
- You are registered with a French social security system (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been formally diagnosed with a type of inflammatory joint disease other than psoriatic arthritis
- You have previously been treated with, or are currently taking, a biologic medicine (a type of advanced medication used for immune conditions)
- You have taken certain disease-modifying drugs (such as methotrexate, sulfasalazine, or leflunomide) or a drug called apremilast in the past year for joint-related symptoms
- You have taken steroid tablets in the last 4 weeks at a dose above 10mg per day, or your steroid dose has recently been changed
- You have received steroids by injection (into a vein or a joint) in the last 4 weeks
- You are unable to have an MRI scan for medical reasons
- You have cognitive, mental, or psychological difficulties that would make it hard to participate in the study (confirm with trial site)
- You have difficulty understanding the French language
- You are under a legal protection order (such as guardianship or curatorship) (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant
