Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with juvenile psoriatic arthritis (a type of arthritis linked to psoriasis in children and young people) for at least 3 months before the screening visit, based on recognised international criteria.
  • People who have active arthritis in 3 or more joints at both the screening and baseline visits, meaning joints that are swollen (not due to a deformity), or have limited movement along with pain or tenderness.
  • People whose arthritis has not responded well enough to at least one standard arthritis medication — such as methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, or hydroxychloroquine — after taking it for at least 2 months at the highest tolerated dose, or who could not tolerate one of these medications.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have another autoimmune or rheumatic condition, including certain other forms of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (such as systemic JIA, polyarticular JIA, oligoarticular JIA, enthesitis-related arthritis, or undifferentiated JIA), or an overlap syndrome involving more than one such condition.
  • People whose arthritis has previously not responded adequately to medications from the anti-TNF or IL-23 inhibitor classes of treatments (confirm with trial site).
