Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are able to understand the study and sign a written consent form

- People with certain heart conditions, including chest pain (stable or unstable angina), a heart attack within the last 2 years, active heart failure, reduced blood flow to the heart muscle, or a history of complications from giving blood previously
- People who have liver cirrhosis (serious scarring of the liver)
