Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (a specific type of lung cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery and has either spread locally or to other parts of the body (classified as stage IIIA, IIIB, or IV).
- People whose lung cancer treatment plan involves chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy, or a targeted drug therapy combined with radiation therapy.

Who may not be able to join:
- People with unstable or serious ongoing health conditions, such as an active infection, or uncontrolled heart, liver, kidney, metabolic, or chronic lung disease.
- People currently taking steroid medications, either as tablets/injections or as an inhaler.
- People of reproductive age who are not using a method of family planning, as well as people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have previously been diagnosed with inflammation of the lung (pneumonitis) that was graded as moderate or severe (grade 2 or higher on standard medical scales).
- People whose cancer is currently progressing or getting worse.
- People whose breathing strength when inhaling falls below 90 litres per minute.
- People who have already stopped the treatment being studied (confirm with trial site).
