• You have already been on a targeted therapy for more than 15 days before joining the trial
• You have a medical reason why you cannot take targeted therapy
• You have taken steroid tablets or injections (such as cortisone) in the 15 days before your first study visit
• You have another inflammatory disease affecting internal organs, such as inflammatory bowel disease (excluding eye or skin involvement)
• You have fibromyalgia, based on a specific questionnaire score taken at your first visit (confirm with trial site)
• You have a history of heart problems, such as chest pain on exertion, a heart attack, or a procedure to open blocked heart arteries
• You have a history of blocked arteries in your legs, causing leg pain when walking, or you have had a procedure to open leg arteries
• You have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a long-term lung condition)
• You have a condition affecting your nerves or muscles
• You have significant problems with how your kidneys, liver, lungs, or heart are working
