Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults who have been diagnosed with advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have taken antibiotics, steroids, or chemotherapy in the month before joining, as these can affect the gut bacteria and immune system in ways that may interfere with the study results

- People whose lung function test shows that their lungs are working at less than 50% of the expected level for someone their age and size

- People with kidney disease
