Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are older than 65 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder for more than 10 years
- People who are currently in a stable phase of their bipolar disorder (not currently experiencing a mood episode)
- People who understand and speak French
- People who have given their free and informed consent to take part
- People who have mild to moderate memory or thinking difficulties, as measured by a specific memory test (a score between 16 and 25 on the MMS Test)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to read or write
- People who are already taking part in other therapeutic group programs (such as a psycho-geriatric day hospital)
- People who are currently detained or whose freedom is restricted by a legal or government decision
- Adults who are under a legal guardianship or protection order
- People who are not able to give their own consent to participate
- People who are not members of, or covered by, a French social security scheme
- People who do not wish to take part in the study
