Who might be able to join this trial:
- People whose head and neck cancer has come back or grown in the same area after they previously received radiation treatment
- People who still have some cancer cells remaining (either visible or microscopic) after surgery to remove the tumour
- People whose doctors have determined that a second course of radiation treatment is appropriate
- People whose surgical wound has fully healed before starting the trial
- People who have a Karnofsky Performance Score of 60 or higher, meaning they are able to care for themselves and carry out some normal activities (confirm with trial site)

- People where less than 6 months has passed since their first radiation treatment
- People who have cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body, except for the lungs
- People who have not yet recovered from side effects caused by previous cancer treatments
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- People who have had another cancer diagnosed within the last 5 years that requires treatment that would interfere with this trial (not including certain early-stage or skin cancers, as specified by the trial site)
- People who are currently participating in another clinical trial
