Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who are able to give written agreement to take part in the trial
- People diagnosed with a specific stage of throat cancer (stage T3 or T4, with or without spread to nearby lymph nodes, as classified by a standard medical staging system)

- People who are unable to have an MRI scan for medical reasons
