Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (a type of cancer) of the mouth, confirmed by a tissue biopsy, and whose cancer is suitable for surgical removal
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have given written consent to participate before being enrolled in the trial

- People with significant kidney problems, specifically where kidney function is measured below a certain level (eGFR less than 60) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have previously had a kidney transplant
- People with a weakened or impaired immune system, whether due to an existing medical condition or medications they are taking
- People with any other condition that the trial doctor believes could put the person's health at risk or affect the trial's goals
