Who might be able to join this trial:

• Couples (a woman and her partner) who are trying to conceive within 12 months of joining the trial

• Women who have a known or expected illness or upcoming surgery that is likely to cause significant weight loss
• Women who become pregnant with more than one baby at a time will be excluded from the pregnancy follow-up portion of the trial (confirm with trial site for details)
