  • People whose growing tumour spots can all be treated with a type of precise radiation called stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT), either at the same time or one after another
  • People who have no medical reasons preventing them from receiving systemic therapy and stereotactic radiotherapy
  • People aged 18 years or older
  • People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part
  • People who are enrolled in the French social security system

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have more than 3 spots where the cancer is actively growing
  • People whose cancer cannot be measured using standard imaging criteria
  • People who have already had 3 or more separate courses of systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment
  • People whose growing tumour spots cannot all be treated with stereotactic radiotherapy
  • People who have previously had radiation treatment to any of the tumour spots being targeted in this trial
  • People who have at least one growing tumour spot measuring larger than 4 cm
  • People who have cancer that has spread to the brain
  • People who have a tumour in a very central part of the lung (confirm with trial site on exact definition)
  • People who have a growing tumour spot in a long bone (such as the arm or leg bones)
  • People who have at least one growing tumour spot that would require surgery to treat
  • People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the last 5 years
  • People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or not using adequate contraception
  • People who would not be able to attend follow-up appointments as required by the trial
  • People who are legally detained or under a guardianship arrangement
