You are willing and able to give written agreement (consent) to take part, either yourself or through a legal representative.
A dermatologist (skin specialist) has confirmed you have a type of pustular psoriasis (PP) — this includes PPP (pustular psoriasis of the palms and soles), GPP (generalised pustular psoriasis), AGEP (a sudden widespread pustular skin reaction), ACH (pustular psoriasis affecting the nails), or a mixed form of these.
If you have GPP, you have had sterile (non-infectious) visible pus-filled spots on non-hand/non-foot skin, either with more than one episode or lasting longer than 3 months.
If you have PPP, you have had sterile visible pus-filled spots on your palms and/or soles lasting longer than 3 months.
If you have ACH, you have had sterile visible pus-filled spots affecting your nails lasting longer than 3 months.
You have had active pus-filled spots (white, yellow, or brown) at some point in the 6 months before joining — you do not need to have active spots at the time of joining.
You can understand the patient information and consent forms in one of the available languages.
People of any background or skin tone are welcome to join.
Close blood relatives (parents or siblings, up to two people, aged over 18) may also be invited separately to provide a DNA sample for genetic analysis — but you are not excluded if no relatives take part.
