- People who have been diagnosed with an active cancer, except for a common and easily treated type of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma.
- People whose genetic test results show a "low" affinity response to the TSPO protein marker, based on the rs6971 gene variation (confirm with trial site).
- People who currently smoke cigarettes or use vaping products.
