Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a type of cancer called head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test.
• You have at least one tumor or affected area that can be measured on a scan.
• You have already received a type of cancer treatment called immunotherapy (specifically a PD-1 inhibitor), either on its own or combined with chemotherapy.
• Your general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range, as assessed by your doctor (known as a Performance Status of 0–2; confirm with trial site).
• You are 18 years old or older.
• You are willing and able to follow the trial's requirements for its full duration.
• You are able to understand and are willing to sign a consent form approved by the trial's ethics board.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have received a drug called Cetuximab, or any treatment that directly targets a specific cell pathway called EGFR, within the last 5 years.
• You have previously had an allergic reaction to Cetuximab.
• You have a history of allergic reactions to drugs or substances that are chemically or biologically similar to Cetuximab.
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or receiving another experimental treatment.
• You are taking medications that cannot be stopped and may interact with Cetuximab.
• You have any uncontrolled health condition that your doctor believes could interfere with safely completing the trial.
• You have a history of a lung condition involving scarring or inflammation of the lungs (such as pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis), or signs of this on a recent chest scan.
• You have a serious or slow-healing wound, ulcer, or bone fracture (as determined by your doctor).
• You have had a hole or leak in your digestive tract, or an internal abdominal infection, within the past 28 days.
• You have had a stroke or mini-stroke within the past 12 months.
• You have had a heart attack, serious heart rhythm problems, chest pain (angina), heart failure, heart bypass surgery, stenting, or other significant heart disease within the past 6 months.
• You have had a blood clot in a vein or artery, including a clot in the lungs, within the past 6 months.
• You require ongoing use of medications that suppress the immune system, unless you have a rheumatologic condition being managed with a stable dose of steroids (confirm with trial site).
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or father a child during the trial and up to 6 months after the last treatment dose.
