Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of cancer in the back of the nose/throat) that has come back, confirmed either by a tissue biopsy or by two or more imaging scans (MRI and PET-CT)
• People whose cancer has been assessed as a specific stage of recurrence (stages rT3-4N0-1M0 or rT1-4N2-3M0 according to standard cancer staging guidelines — confirm with trial site)

• People who test positive for Hepatitis B surface antigen and have a high level of Hepatitis B virus in their blood
• People who test positive for Hepatitis C antibodies
• People who have an active autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body) — though some mild conditions such as Type 1 Diabetes managed with medication only, an underactive thyroid managed with hormone replacement only, or certain skin conditions not requiring whole-body treatment may still be considered (confirm with trial site)
• People who have a history of interstitial lung disease (a group of conditions causing lung scarring)
• People who have taken steroid medications above a certain dose, or other immune-suppressing treatments, within the 28 days before signing the consent form
• People who have received, or are due to receive, a live vaccine within 30 days before signing the consent form
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have had another type of cancer within the past five years — although some exceptions may apply, such as certain early-stage or skin cancers (confirm with trial site)
• People who have had a severe allergic reaction to large protein-based medicines, or to any ingredient in the study drug (triplezumab)
• People who are HIV positive
• People who have serious, uncontrolled medical conditions or infections
