Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of cancer at the back of the nose) that has come back, confirmed by a tissue sample test
• People whose cancer came back more than 12 months after finishing their first course of radiation treatment

• People who are assessed by researchers as unsuitable for a second course of radiation treatment, due to serious complications such as severe tissue death in the nose/throat area, radiation-related brain injury, or severe neck scarring
• People who have a known allergy to large protein-based medicines or any ingredient in the study treatment
• People who have or have had another type of cancer
• People who have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body), or a history of one — though certain skin conditions that do not need systemic treatment, such as vitiligo or psoriasis, may still be eligible (confirm with trial site)
• People who have a history of psychiatric illness, alcohol dependence, or drug addiction
• People whose blood test results do not meet the required standards within 7 days before joining the trial
• People who have received steroid (glucocorticoid) therapy throughout their whole body within 4 weeks before the first study treatment
• People who have had active tuberculosis (TB) within the past year, including those who received treatment for active TB within that time (confirm with trial site)
• People who have previously been treated with certain types of immunotherapy drugs that target PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4
• People who have an active autoimmune condition affecting the eyes, gut, liver, brain gland, kidneys, blood vessels, thyroid, or lungs (such as asthma needing a bronchodilator)
• People who have a known diagnosis of HIV
• People who have a hepatitis B infection with a high level of virus in the blood, or who have tested positive for hepatitis C antibodies
• People who have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before the planned start of treatment
