Who might be able to join this trial:

• Your neurologist has decided that ocrelizumab is the right treatment for you and you are planning to start it.
• You are either new to MS treatment, or you have only tried one other MS medication that did not work well enough (and you took it for at least 6 months).
• You are between 18 and 60 years old.
• You identify yourself as African American or Caucasian.
• You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (a form of MS with flare-ups and periods of recovery) based on specific medical guidelines.
• Your level of physical disability falls within a certain range as measured by a standard MS scale (confirm with trial site).
• You are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
• You are able to have MRI scans.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously been treated with certain strong immune-targeting medications, such as natalizumab, alemtuzumab, or daclizumab.
• You have already tried and not responded to two or more MS treatments.
• You are currently taking medications that suppress the immune system, such as chemotherapy drugs.
• You experience severe anxiety in enclosed spaces (claustrophobia).
