Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have endometrial cancer (cancer of the lining of the uterus) that has come back or not gone away, and has gotten worse after at least 1 but no more than 2 previous treatment regimens (hormone therapies like tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors do not count toward this limit; chemotherapy given alongside radiation therapy does count)
• People whose cancer can be measured on scans, according to a standard set of measurement guidelines called RECIST 1.1
• People who have a tumor tissue sample available that can be tested at a central lab to check for certain biological markers, OR who have had a specific genetic test (F1CDx) done on their tumor on or after 1 September 2019, using tissue collected within the past 5 years
• People with a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks
• People who have recovered from the side effects of any recent radiation, surgery, or chemotherapy

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose endometrial cancer is of a squamous cell or sarcoma type
• People who have had another serious cancer within the last 5 years, with exceptions for certain skin cancers with no signs of disease in the past 5 years, and certain localised breast cancers where treatment finished more than 5 years ago
• People who have both endometrial cancer and an active invasive ovarian or cervical cancer at the same time
• People who have an active autoimmune disease, a history of autoimmune disease, or an immune deficiency condition
• People who have a history of certain lung conditions, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, organising pneumonia, drug-related lung inflammation, or unexplained lung inflammation, or who show signs of active lung inflammation on a screening chest CT scan
• People with active tuberculosis
• People who have had a serious infection within the past 4 weeks
• People who have taken antibiotic treatment by mouth or through a drip (IV) within the past 2 weeks, unless it was taken as a preventive measure
• People with significant heart or blood vessel disease
• People who have received a live attenuated (weakened) vaccine within the past 4 weeks, or who are likely to need one during the trial
• People who have previously had a bone marrow transplant from a donor, or a transplant of a solid organ (such as a kidney or liver)
• People who have been treated with certain immune-stimulating medications (such as interferons or interleukin-2) within the past 4 weeks or within a certain period based on how long the drug stays in the body, whichever is longer
• People who have taken immune-suppressing medications within the past 2 weeks, with some exceptions for low-dose or short-term use in specific conditions (confirm with trial site)
• People who have any untreated brain or spinal cord condition, seizures that are not well controlled with standard treatment, or who have had a stroke, mini-stroke (TIA), or bleeding around the brain within the past 6 months
• People who have previously been treated with certain immune checkpoint or T-cell activating therapies, including anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, or CD137 activating treatments (this applies to a specific group within the trial called AFT-50A)
