Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) as your main condition, based on standard diagnostic guidelines
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your OCD symptoms are rated as at least moderately severe, based on a standard OCD assessment scale called the Y-BOCS
- You have never taken medication for OCD, and have not had any type of therapy for OCD in the past month

Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder (such as schizophrenia) or a bipolar disorder
- You are considered to have a moderate or higher risk of suicide, based on a standard assessment tool
- You have had significant problems with alcohol or drug use in the past year that could affect your ability to stick to the treatment
- You have severe depression, based on a standard questionnaire called the Beck Depression Inventory
- You have other mental health or physical health conditions that might affect how well the treatment works or your ability to follow the treatment plan, such as borderline personality disorder or nervous system disorders (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
