Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who were born with a large, dark-coloured patch of skin (which can appear anywhere on the body)
- People whose skin condition may include smaller additional patches nearby (called satellite lesions)
- People whose skin condition may be associated with excessive hair growth in the affected area
- People who have a confirmed condition affecting pigment-producing cells in the brain or spinal cord lining — confirmed by tissue sample or imaging — even if there are no visible skin patches
- People of any age at the time of diagnosis
- People (or their parent or legal guardian) who are able to provide signed consent to participate
