Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who work in healthcare in any role (such as doctors, nurses, or support staff) and have experienced trauma related to their work
- People who speak English
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are medically stable at the time of the trial

- People who have taken part in another clinical trial or received a recognised evidence-based treatment for a psychiatric condition or PTSD in the three months before joining this trial
