Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (a specific type of lung cancer) that is either at Stage IV or has come back after earlier treatment that was intended to cure it

- People with a history of an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) or a lung condition called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)
