Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have any sign of a tumour or growth affecting the brain, spine, nerves, blood vessels, or the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord — whether confirmed as cancer, non-cancerous, or not yet classified
- People who are 18 years of age or older
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are under 18 years of age
- People who belong to a vulnerable population group

- People for whom there is no clinical or scan-based evidence of a possible tumour or growth in the central nervous system
- People who are unable or unwilling to provide written consent, and for whom no legally authorised representative is available to provide consent on their behalf (note: if a legally authorised representative is available for someone who cannot consent for themselves, an exception may be considered — confirm with trial site)
- People for whom the medical procedure used to collect fluid from around the brain or spinal cord would be considered unsafe — for example, those with a large mass in the lower part of the brain that poses a risk of dangerous pressure shifts, or those with a blood clotting problem, or any other medical reason that makes this type of procedure inadvisable (confirm with trial site for specific situations)
