Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting or progressive multiple sclerosis (MS), based on recognised MS diagnostic guidelines
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have noticed memory or thinking difficulties, and at least one test result from an initial cognitive (thinking/memory) assessment came back below the normal range, including at least one specific memory and thinking test called BICAMS
- You have not had a definite MS relapse (flare-up) in the last 6 weeks
- It has been at least 4 weeks since you last received a steroid treatment (given in high doses, often called a "bolus")
- You are not currently taking antipsychotic medication (also called neuroleptics)
- You have access to the internet at home or elsewhere
- You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You have severe cognitive (thinking/memory) difficulties, specifically showing low scores in more than six different thinking or memory areas during the initial assessment
- You are currently receiving neuropsychological therapy or treatment for memory and thinking difficulties
- You are unable to understand spoken or written information
- You are unable to use the computer software required for the trial, for example due to difficulties with movement or senses such as sight or touch
- You have a neurological or psychiatric condition other than MS or mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression
- You have severe anxiety or depression, based on a specific scoring scale (confirm with trial site)
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial focused on cognitive (thinking/memory) functions
- You are under any form of legal protection, guardianship, or supervised care arrangement
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
