Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, is of a specific type called MSS (microsatellite stable), and has continued to grow after at least two standard chemotherapy treatments
- People who have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver, does not have certain gene changes (EGFR or AKT mutations), and has continued to grow after both chemotherapy and an immunotherapy treatment
- People whose cancer can be measured on scans
- People who are relatively active and able to carry out daily activities, as rated by a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0 or 1)
- People who finished their last chemotherapy treatment at least 4 weeks before joining, with no ongoing significant side effects from it
- People whose liver, kidneys, blood, and other organs are functioning well enough (the trial site will assess this)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had an organ transplant
- People whose liver is more than 50% affected by cancer spread
- People whose blood oxygen level falls below 92% while breathing normal room air
- People who have a history of an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord
- People who have had a major bleeding event in the digestive system (such as the stomach or bowel) within the past 2 months
