  • People who have a pacemaker or a serious heart condition
  • People who have a psychiatric condition that is not currently stable
  • People who are taking benzodiazepines (a type of medication) and are not able to gradually stop taking them in the week after joining the trial
  • People who have a problem with addiction
  • People who have a cognitive impairment (difficulties with thinking, memory, or understanding)
  • People who are under legal guardianship, curatorship, or judicial supervision
