Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Men and women aged 50 or older who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis (weakened bones)

  • People currently taking medications that may weaken bones, including corticosteroids (such as prednisone), loop diuretics (such as furosemide), anti-seizure medications, antidepressants, aromatase inhibitors, thyroid replacement therapy, or proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole)
