Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have moderate to advanced chronic kidney disease (specifically stages 3b, 4, or 5, including those on dialysis)
- People who have been treated with a newer type of heart stent called a drug-eluting stent

- People considered at high risk of bleeding, including those with a history of bleeding stroke, a stroke, dementia, or brain injury within the past year, a head injury or brain surgery within the past 6 months, a tumour in the skull, a suspected tear in the main artery (aorta), internal bleeding within the past 6 weeks, an active bleed or a bleeding disorder, or major surgery, serious injury, or significant bleeding within the past 3 weeks
- People who need to take blood-thinning tablets (oral anticoagulants)
- Women who are pregnant or who could become pregnant
- People whose life expectancy is less than 1 year
- People who have previously had bleeding inside the skull
- People with moderate to severe liver disease (confirm with trial site)
