Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with cervical cancer at a specific stage (stage IB3 to IIB, based on 2018 guidelines) and your tumor was larger than 4cm before any treatment began.
- Your cervical cancer has been confirmed by a lab test (biopsy), and it is one of these types: squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous carcinoma.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.

Who may not be able to join:
- You did not have a specific type of surgery (open or keyhole radical hysterectomy with lymph node removal, using a particular surgical technique) after 2–3 rounds of pre-surgery chemotherapy.
- The chemotherapy used before surgery was different from the chemotherapy planned after surgery.
- After surgery, it was found that cancer had spread to lymph nodes, surrounding tissues near the uterus, or that cancer cells were found at the edges of the removed tissue.
- After surgery, certain other moderate risk factors were identified that meet specific medical guidelines (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial.
- You have serious health conditions affecting other major organs or body systems.
- You are not legally able to make your own medical decisions.
