Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have, or have had in the past, another type of cancer — unless they have been cancer-free for at least 3 years, or had a completely removed non-melanoma skin cancer, or a successfully treated early-stage cancer such as cervical cancer in situ.
- People with uncontrolled high blood pressure (readings above 150/100 mmHg).
- People who have had a blood clot in an artery or vein within the 6 months before registering.
- People whose brain MRI shows signs of recent bleeding in the brain.
- People with serious heart or blood vessel conditions, including a stroke within the past 6 months, a heart attack within the past 6 months, unstable chest pain, significant heart failure, or a serious heart rhythm problem requiring medication.
