Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed by a doctor with a type of scarring lung disease (called interstitial lung disease or ILD), confirmed using standard medical guidelines
• You have had a persistent cough lasting more than 8 weeks

Who may not be able to join:

• You regularly cough up moderate or large amounts of mucus or phlegm
• Your lung condition has gotten worse, or is suspected to have gotten worse, in the past month
• You have had a cold, flu, or other upper respiratory infection in the past month
• You are currently taking a type of blood pressure medication called an ACE inhibitor (confirm with trial site if unsure whether your medication falls into this category)
• Any of your prescribed medications have been changed in the past month
• A detailed lung scan (called an HRCT) has shown a specific type of airway damage called traction bronchiectasis
• You have another health condition that would prevent you from taking part in an exercise program
• You are unable to read or speak English, or are unable to give your own informed consent to participate
