Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have previously been treated with certain types of immunotherapy drugs that target PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4 pathways.
- People who have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues), such as certain conditions affecting the eyes, gut, liver, kidneys, blood vessels, or thyroid — though some skin conditions that do not require full-body treatment may still be eligible (confirm with trial site).
- People who have a known history of HIV infection, a certain level of active hepatitis B virus in the blood, or a positive test for hepatitis C antibodies.
- People who have received a live vaccine within the 4 weeks before the planned start of this study.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who would not be able to attend regular follow-up appointments as required by the trial.
