You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to no more than 5 other areas of the body at the same time as the main lung tumour.
Your doctors (a team of specialists) have agreed that the goal is to treat all areas of cancer aggressively, with the aim of getting rid of it entirely.
You are 18 years of age or older.
You are in good general health and able to carry out daily activities, and your doctor estimates you have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
You have had up-to-date scans (such as PET/CT, CT, MRI, or bone scans) within the last 3 months to find out how far the cancer has spread.
Your lung cancer diagnosis has been confirmed through a tissue or cell sample (biopsy or similar test).

Who may not be able to join:

You have a medical reason why you cannot safely have a camera procedure to look inside your airways or digestive tract (EBUS/EUS) (confirm with trial site).
You are unable to give your own consent for the EBUS/EUS procedure.
You have a medical reason why you cannot safely receive radiation therapy to your chest.
You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
