You have recently been diagnosed with one of the following conditions for the first time: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis
You have not taken any medications to treat your condition (such as anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids) in the past 3 months or ever before

You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You do not wish to take part, or are not considered suitable for the treatment procedure used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
