Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been approved for bariatric (weight loss) surgery and are scheduled to have a sleeve gastrectomy (a procedure that reduces the size of the stomach)

- People with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who require insulin
- People with severe kidney disease, where the kidneys are filtering blood at less than 30 mL/min
- People who have a pacemaker or a similar implanted medical device (such as a cochlear implant or bladder stimulator)
- People who are in legal custody or who are under a court-ordered form of legal protection or guardianship
- People with a history of illness, psychological condition, or sensory impairment that may prevent them from fully understanding what participation involves or from giving informed consent
