Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have given written agreement (consent) to take part in the study
• You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia (based on DSM-V medical guidelines), with or without signs of cognitive decline
• You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (based on DSM-V medical guidelines), with or without signs of cognitive decline
• You have been diagnosed with a probable or confirmed form of frontotemporal dementia (FTD), based on recognised 2011 medical criteria
• You have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease confirmed through specific biological markers found in spinal fluid (based on NIA-AA 2011 guidelines) (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

• You are unable to be interviewed or your medical history is not available
• You have a history of a head injury (recent or past) that caused a loss of consciousness
• You have a history of a stroke, whether caused by a blocked or burst blood vessel in the brain
• You have a history of long-term heavy alcohol use or long-term drug use
• You have a serious ongoing physical illness, a severe problem with your body's metabolism, or epilepsy that is not well controlled (confirm with trial site)
• You are under 45 years old
• You are over 80 years old
• You have received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT, sometimes called "shock therapy") within the last 6 months
