Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) according to standard medical guidelines, and have had chronic migraine for at least 6 months before the screening visit.
  • People who are willing and able to complete a daily headache diary on at least 23 out of the 28 days during the screening period.
  • People who, during the 28-day screening period, experience between 15 and 26 headache days in total, with at least 8 of those days being migraine days, as recorded in the diary.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have previously taken part in this same study and received the study drug, eptinezumab.
  • People who have received any monoclonal antibody treatment (including as part of another study) within the 6 months before the screening visit.
  • People who have received any CGRP antibody treatment — a specific type of medication used for migraine prevention — (including as part of another study) within the 6 months before the screening visit.
  • People who have a history or diagnosis of certain specific headache or migraine types, including complicated migraine, chronic tension-type headache, hypnic headache, cluster headache, hemicrania continua, new daily persistent headache, or rarer migraine subtypes such as hemiplegic migraine, migraine with brainstem aura, ophthalmoplegic migraine, or migraine with unusual neurological symptoms not typical of standard migraine aura (confirm with trial site).
