Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 22 years of age or older.
- People who have had a history of migraines for at least 12 months.
- People who experience between 15 and 26 headache days per month, with at least 8 of those days involving migraine-type headaches.
- People who have not responded well to, are unable to take, or are not suited to two specific migraine treatments — Botox (onabotulinumtoxin A) and a class of medications called CGRP monoclonal antibodies.

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose headaches are caused by a head injury (post-traumatic headache).
- People whose headaches are caused or worsened by overusing pain or headache medications.
- People who have a condition called "new daily persistent headache," where constant headaches began suddenly.
- People who experience headaches that never go away and never provide any relief at all.
- People who already have a nerve stimulation device implanted to treat headaches.
- People who have previously had a procedure called cervical radiofrequency ablation, or any other procedure or device used to treat migraines.
