Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of aggressive brain tumour called Glioblastoma Multiforme (Grade IV), confirmed by a tissue test
- People whose brain tumour has come back or is growing again, and who are already planned to have surgery and repeat radiation treatment as part of their standard care
- People whose tumour measures less than 6 cm in size

Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom additional radiation treatment is not considered safe or appropriate
- People who have previously received certain types of immune-based cancer therapies that target specific proteins involved in immune system regulation (such as anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-PD-L2 treatments), or similar drugs that affect immune cell activity
- People who have a condition that weakens the immune system, or who are taking high-dose steroid medication (more than 10 mg of prednisone per day) or other medicines that suppress the immune system
- People who have had a serious allergic reaction to pembrolizumab, the study drug being used in this trial
