Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• If you are a healthy volunteer (no known kidney, heart, or liver problems), you should not have kidney disease, heart failure, liver scarring, or swelling caused by fluid buildup in the legs or body
• If you have chronic kidney disease (CKD), your kidneys must be working at a reduced level, as measured by a specific kidney function test (confirm with trial site)
• If you are receiving regular dialysis (either hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis), you must have been on that treatment for more than 3 months

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
• You are unable to have an MRI scan because of your body size or because you have a fear of enclosed spaces (claustrophobia)
• You have a medical device or metal implanted in your body that cannot be removed, such as a pacemaker, neurostimulator, insulin pump, aneurysm clip, artificial limb, metal fragments, surgical staples or clips, ear implants, or similar devices — as these can be dangerous in an MRI machine
• You have tattoos or other metal in your body that could be a safety concern during an MRI scan (confirm with trial site)
