Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 55 years old (male or female)
- You have been diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) as your main condition, based on standard diagnostic guidelines
- Your main OCD symptoms involve contamination fears or concerns (such as fear of germs, dirt, or getting others sick)

- You have not recently started a new course of a specific type of OCD therapy (called Exposure and Response Prevention) within the last 4 weeks — though ongoing therapy started more than 8 weeks ago is allowed
Who may not be able to join:
- You test positive for non-prescribed drugs on a urine drug test
- You are taking psychiatric medications that are not on the approved list for this trial
- You have had a substance use disorder in the last 3 months (note: nicotine use is an exception)
- You have a history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, or Tourette's syndrome
- You have had thoughts of suicide in the week before your screening appointment (confirm with trial site)
- You have a history of traumatic brain injury, seizures, a degenerative brain condition, or other brain-related medical condition
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have any reason you cannot safely have an MRI scan or a brain stimulation procedure called TMS (confirm with trial site)
