Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been officially diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- You have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), confirmed through a structured interview

- You have more than mild difficulty walking, as measured by a standard walking ability scale
- Your depression symptoms are very mild or minimal, based on a standard depression questionnaire score
- You answered "yes" to more than one question on a standard physical activity safety screening tool, which may indicate a higher risk of injury during strenuous exercise
- You have significant difficulties with memory or following instructions, based on a telephone cognitive assessment
- You have another serious mental health condition such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or other psychotic disorders, as these would require more intensive mental health care than this trial provides
