Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been officially diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
• You have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), confirmed through a structured interview

• You have not had an MS relapse or taken steroids in the past 30 days

• You are willing to complete questionnaires, wear a physical activity tracker, be randomly assigned to a study group, and take part in exercise testing

• You are already meeting recommended physical activity guidelines (confirmed with trial site)
• You have more than mild difficulty walking, as measured by a standard walking ability scale
• Your depression symptoms are very mild or minimal, based on a standard depression questionnaire score
• You answered "yes" to more than one question on a standard physical activity safety screening tool, which may indicate a higher risk of injury during strenuous exercise
• You have significant difficulties with memory or following instructions, based on a telephone cognitive assessment
• You have another serious mental health condition such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or other psychotic disorders, as these would require more intensive mental health care than this trial provides
